Golfers: Improve Your Swing by Improving Your Body

Golf performance training focused on mobility, strength and movement efficiency.

This is not a swing lesson. This is maximizing how your body moves so your swing can perform at its best.

Start with an assessment to see how your body affects your game, and leave with a clear plan to improve.

who is this for

Golfers who feel stiff or restricted during their swing

Golfers looking to improve power or consistency

Golfers with recurring back, hip or shoulder discomfort

Golfers serious about improving performance

Why Your Body Matters

Many golfers focus only on just swing mechanics or always getting the best equipment, but mobility, strength, and stability ultimately determine how efficiently your swing can perform.

Limitations in your body can affect:

• Rotation
• Balance
• Consistency
• Injury risk

Improving how your body moves allows your swing to perform at its best.

What Makes Our Approach Different

Golf Performance Through the Body

Most golfers focus only on swing mechanics. Our approach focuses on improving the mobility, strength, and movement patterns that allow your swing to perform efficiently.

A Performance-First Approach

This is not general fitness training. Every assessment and training plan is designed around how your body moves during the golf swing.

Built for Long-Term Performance

Our goal isn’t just short-term improvement. We help golfers build the functional skills they need to play better and stay healthy on the course.

The assessment

What can I expect during the assessment?

A 60-minute assessment includes:

• A Titleist Performance Institute designed golf-specific mobility screen
• Strength and movement evaluation utilizing SwingCatalyst Force Plate Technology
• Identification of physical limitations affecting your swing using slo-motion swing analysis
• Discussion of performance goals
• Personalized improvement roadmap

What comes after?

After the assessment, we’ll review your mobility, strength, and movement patterns and how they may be affecting your golf swing. You’ll receive clear recommendations for next steps. Some golfers simply use the assessment for insight, while others continue with structured performance training.

Is this a swing lesson?

No. This is not a swing lesson.
The focus is improving how your body moves so your swing can perform more efficiently and consistently. Many golfers combine this training with lessons from a swing coach.

Is this right for me?

This assessment is ideal for golfers who want to improve performance by improving how their body moves. It’s especially helpful for golfers who feel stiff, want more consistency or power, or experience discomfort while playing.

Do I need to be a great golfer for this to help?

Not at all. Most golfers we work with are simply active adults who want to move better, improve performance, and stay healthy on the course.

What should I bring to the assessment?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring your golf clubs if you'd like. We’ll focus on movement, mobility, and strength as they relate to your golf performance.
